We absolutely love creating artwork that brings joy to your home for years to come, but we understand that sometimes things don’t turn out to be the perfect match. If you’re based in the UK, you’re welcome to return your item for a full refund. Just a quick heads-up—we’re unable to offer a free returns service or provide return labels, so you’ll need to arrange this yourself.

Returning your artwork

When returning your artwork, it’s super important to make sure it’s packaged carefully to avoid any damage during transit. Using the original packaging, including corner protectors and bubble wrap, is the best way to ensure it arrives back to us in perfect condition. Because these pieces are unique and can be a bit delicate, we also recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service so you’ll have peace of mind knowing it’s safely on its way to us. Please note, until your return reaches us, it will remain your responsibility.

For returns, all items must arrive back in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receiving your order. Returning a piece without the necessary packaging, or items damaged due to improper packaging, could mean we won’t be able to issue a refund.

Once your return arrives and we’ve given it a thorough check, we’ll process your refund within 7 working days.

To get started with a return, simply drop us a message through our contact form with your order number and a brief explanation of why you’d like to return the item. We’re on hand to guide you through the process and answer any questions you might have along the way!

Cancellations

At Mylo & Cole, we get that sometimes you might need to make a last-minute change or cancel an order—it happens! If that’s the case, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. You’ll need to do so as soon as possible, because once your artwork is in production we won’t be able to make any adjustments or cancellations.

Damaged items

We carefully package each piece of art to make sure it arrives safely, but occasionally, things can go wrong during transit. If your artwork arrives damaged or appears faulty, don’t worry—we’ll sort it. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and include your order number along with some photos of the damaged artwork and packaging. Once we have those details, we’ll arrange a free replacement for you.
