Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! We provide free delivery on all orders—no minimum spend required.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders arrive within 2 to 4 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location or peak periods, but you can keep updated on the status of your order using the Shop app.
Can I track my order?
You can easily track your Mylo & Cole order using the Shop app. With a valid tracking number, simply add your order to the app. Once added, the Shop app will pull information directly from the carrier to keep you updated with real-time tracking details. It’s a simple and convenient way to stay in the know about your order’s progress.
Do you deliver internationally?
At Mylo & Cole, we’re dedicated to delivering quality art right to your door. However, at this time, we currently do not offer international shipping.
Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We hope you'll love your new artwork, but in case it isn’t the perfect fit, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
All returned items must be in their original packaging and condition. If you'd like to start a return, get in touch with us at help@myloandcole.com, and we'll guide you through the process.
How can I exchange an item?
If your item hasn’t shipped yet, we can help you amend your order. Contact us as soon as possible to arrange the exchange because once the print goes into production we cannot stop the delivery. For shipped items, initiate the return process and place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
I received a damaged item. What can I do?
We’re so sorry this happened. Please email help@myloandcole.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Are your frames sustainable?
Yes. We use FSC-certified or locally sourced wood for all our frames to ensure they’re eco-friendly. Additionally, our paper is certified sustainable.
What materials are used in your prints and canvases?
Prints: We use premium matte, heavyweight paper with a smooth, non-reflective finish for vibrant and long-lasting results.
Canvases: Our canvases are crafted from a cotton-polyester blend, stretched over durable FSC-certified wood for lasting quality.
How do I care for my framed prints or canvases?
Framed Prints: Gently wipe the plexiglass surface with a dry or slightly damp microfiber cloth. Avoid using sprays or chemicals.
Canvases: Use a clean, dry cloth to dust the surface as needed.

Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t yet gone into production, contact us at help@myloandcole.com, and we’ll try our best to cancel it for you and issue a full refund.
Do you offer custom sizes?
Unfortunately we can't often accommodate special size requests at this time.
